SENIOR EXECUTIVE OF FINANCE

Target Compensation: $90,000 - $102,000
Key Responsibilities for the SENIOR EXECUTIVE OF FINANCE:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, investments, and long-range financial planning.
- Provide transparent financial and operational reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through oversight of finance, compliance, operational systems, and leadership development.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
Qualifications for the SENIOR EXECUTIVE OF FINANCE:
- CPA preferred (active or inactive) with significant finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Strong background in nonprofit accounting, GAAP, budgeting, audits, fund accounting, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Experience leading at the executive level within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
