Role description
We are seeking a customer focused Junior PMO Social SelfServe Program Coordinator to support Social SelfServe Program and help drive adoption of social publishing capabilities across the organization. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for seeking guidance on social programming Sprinklr usage onboarding training and support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of social media operations handson experience with Sprinklr, excellent stakeholder management skills and an understanding of AI and automation technologies that can enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Support throughout the Social SelfServe onboarding journey
Guide users through program requirements governance processes and publishing best practices
Track onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition into the program
Sprinklr Platform Expertise
Assist users with account setup publishing workflows campaign scheduling reporting and platform navigation
Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate escalations with appropriate support teams
Educate employees on social media programming strategies content planning and publishing processes
Promote responsible social media usage aligned with policies and standards
Provide consultation on social campaigns audience engagement and content publishing practices
Deliver workshops walkthroughs and knowledgesharing sessions
Develop and maintain onboarding guides FAQs training materials and documentation
Act as the liaison between requestors and specialized support teams
Route requests to the correct operations governance engineering or compliance teams
Manage and communicate progress risks and resolutions to stakeholders
Respond to highpriority and timesensitive social publishing requests
Ensure timely resolution and clear communication during escalations
Leverage AIpowered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve onboarding reporting documentation and user support experiences
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational activities using tools such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio
Promote AIfirst and automationfirst approaches to improve program scalability and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in PMO Program Coordination Social Operations Digital Marketing Customer Success or Support Operations
Handson experience using Sprinklr
Strong understanding of social media publishing workflows and governance
Excellent communication presentation training and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Outlook Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of Generative AI Copilot technologies and workflow automation concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power Automate Copilot Studio Power BI or similar automation platforms
Knowledge of enterprise social media programs and digital marketing operations
Experience creating user training programs onboarding materials and knowledgebase content
Increased efficiency through AI and automation initiatives
Effective delivery of office hours training and user enablement programs
Skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
