Consider joining us today to make a difference. Primary Responsibilities:The Senior Executive Support Technician provides high-touch technical support to USPTO executives, senior leaders, and executive staff supporting mission-critical operations. Additionally, in this position you will:Deliver white-glove executive support services.Support executive laptops, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.Provide onsite troubleshooting and rapid response support.Support executive meetings, presentations, and video conferences.Administer travel laptop program support.Coordinate executive ticket creation and follow-through.Provide VIP support during major incidents. Qualifications:Five (5) years executive or VIP support experience.Exceptional customer communication skills.Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration technologies.
