The Enterprise Intelligence organization transforms data into actionable insights that power EA. As a Senior Experience Designer on the organization''s AdTech team, you will lead the design of intuitive and user-centric solutions that empower Ads lifecycle management workflows and services. You will report to the Design Manager and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering leads and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead end-to-end design for complex features and products, from early concept through final delivery, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

  • You will use research, data, and usability insights to inform design decisions and improve on solutions.

  • You will present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to strengthen outcomes.

  • You will measure success through usability improvements, product adoption, and key experience metrics, refining based on outcomes.

  • You will simplify complex system requirements into clear interaction models, scalable patterns, and efficient user flows for internal tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products or services, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work

  • Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar)

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams in an agile or iterative environment

  • Experience with user-centric design methods, including research interpretation and usability best practices

  • Experience designing for complex systems, workflows, or large-scale products

Bonus:

  • Experience designing for advertising platforms, marketing tools, or monetization systems

  • Familiarity with ad lifecycle concepts such as campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, and reporting

  • Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, including dashboards, tables, and reporting tools

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$122,300 - $170,700 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
