Essential duties & responsibilities:

As a Dave’s Technician you will deliver first-class service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining your customer’s home comfort systems
Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to solve problems and become your customer’s “Trusted Advisor”
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and create lifetime customers.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
Participate actively in all training exercises and team meetings
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure timely, accurate repairs and deliver a 5-Star Experience

Skills you bring for success

3 years of HVAC Service experience required
Technical knowledge related to troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
High School Diploma or Equivalent
EPA Certified
Interest and initiative in advancing your HVAC and customer service skills.
Current Virginia driver's license and the ability to safely operate a work van.
Applicants must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check
Physical ability to perform all duties noted above
