Help us set the pace for world-class production at our Sheet Metal Fabrication site in Milwaukee, WI 53224. As our senior scheduler and capacity planner, you’ll convert demand into crisp, reliable plans—aligning people, equipment, and materials to deliver on time, every time.
Impact You’ll Make
- Build and sustain production schedules that balance customer needs with resource efficiency.
- Lead a team of planners and production staff; cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Deploy lean methodologies to simplify flows, cut waste, and improve process reliability.
- Use ERP to manage inventory visibility, track work orders, and drive schedule adjustments.
- Work cross-functionally to quickly surface and solve constraints affecting throughput.
- Measure results against KPIs and recalibrate plans to achieve operational goals.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to elevate team skills and career growth.
What You’ll Need
- Demonstrated planning experience in manufacturing; sheet metal fabrication preferred.
- Strong team leadership and people development capabilities.
- Deep familiarity with lean concepts and hands-on implementation experience.
- Scheduling and production planning expertise with an eye for workflow optimization.
- ERP fluency; exposure to named systems is advantageous.
- Data-savvy problem solver with sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
