We're looking for a Facilities Engineer to ensure our manufacturing environments operate at peak performance — keeping our production lines, labs, and people running without interruption. In this role, you'll own the design, programming, and reliability of the Building Automation Systems that control everything from environmental conditions to building infrastructure across our advanced manufacturing facilities.WHAT YOU'LL DOAdminister, troubleshoot, and maintain Building Automation Systems, including hardware, servers, software, and networksDiagnose and resolve environmental control issues — temperature, humidity, pressure, airflow, noise, and indoor air quality — and implement long-term solutionsConfigure, program, calibrate, and test controllers and sensors for integration into BAS networksDesign and program setpoints and control logic across temperature, humidity, pressure, scheduling, and equipment stateInvestigate failures, determine root causes, and develop corrective actions and workaroundsPlan and specify system and equipment improvements as well as preventative maintenance programsLead special projects, support commissioning of new assets, and identify opportunities for new technology and system integrationsEnsure safety, maintainability, reliability, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance across all systemsTranslate customer and stakeholder requirements into design options, documentation, estimates, and contract scopesPerform other related duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Science (or higher) from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or another related technical discipline5+ years of experience with building electrical and mechanical systems5+ years of experience in a facilities engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment5+ years of experience with computerized Building Automation Systems (e.g., Trane, Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys)5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry supporting Environmental Controls, Flight Controls, and/or Mechanical/Hydraulic SystemsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics Engineering5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience with PLC (programmable logic control) hardware5+ years of experience with equipment reliability or machine troubleshooting5+ years of experience supporting building lighting controls5+ years of experience supporting building environmental controls5+ years of experience modifying computer programsExperience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and RevitSalary range: $129,000 – $171,000 USD.BenefitsAt Anduril, we invest in our people.
