Powell, an engineered-to-order manufacturer of switchgear, is adding a seasoned facilities professional to our Houston, TX (77075) team. You’ll keep our campus running smoothly on the second shift (Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.), with overtime as needed.
A day in this role
You start your shift with a walk-through of the production and office areas, checking HVAC performance, verifying lighting is operational, and noting any work requests. A quick call with a contractor aligns a small install scheduled for later in the week.
