Senior Federal IT Program Manager / Task Management Lead

Agile Business Concepts, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Federal IT Program Manager / Task Management Lead to support a Federal Government IT program. The successful candidate will provide overall program and task management leadership, coordinating application development, O&M, modernization, project schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, deliverables, quality, and transition activities.

Key Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Minimum 8 years of IT project/program management experience
• Minimum 5 years supporting Federal Government IT programs
• Experience managing application development, O&M, modernization, or systems integration
• Experience managing project schedules, WBS, staffing, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Experience working directly with Government PMOs, technical teams, cybersecurity teams, and contractors
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or iterative SDLC/PMLC methodologies
• Experience with transition-in/transition-out and knowledge transfer
• Strong Government customer communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• PMP certification preferred
• FAA experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, cloud, or cybersecurity preferred
