The Senior Fellow will help resolve top technical issues, work with the senior team to assess discipline capability, and lead the talent and technology development strategies for the discipline. The Senior Fellow will develop Manufacturing Standard Work and System Tools in support of the Manufacturing Engineer. Additionally, the candidate will provide influence to factory design, supplier selection, and broadly leveraged technology to achieve product cost, quality, performance and other operational goals. A Senior Fellow may also hold an organizational position, with additional organizational responsibilities.Experience15+ years of manufacturing experience with aerospace gas turbine engines or related fieldExpertise in raw material processes, conventional machining, non-conventional machining, special processes, inspection and analysis, automation, additive manufacturing.
