What You'll Be Doing
  • Advise on and manage legal issues involving FERC, with a focus on PJM and other RTOs, including litigation and regulatory proceedings.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, offering legal and business guidance.
  • Coordinate and manage work with outside counsel, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on administrative law, regulatory rules, and appellate matters.
  • Navigate proceedings under the Administrative Procedure Act and related regulations.
What We're Looking For
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing (any state).
  • 7–10 years of litigation or regulatory experience; FERC experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act and regulatory agency processes.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
