What You'll Be Doing
- Advise on and manage legal issues involving FERC, with a focus on PJM and other RTOs, including litigation and regulatory proceedings.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, offering legal and business guidance.
- Coordinate and manage work with outside counsel, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on administrative law, regulatory rules, and appellate matters.
- Navigate proceedings under the Administrative Procedure Act and related regulations.
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing (any state).
- 7–10 years of litigation or regulatory experience; FERC experience strongly preferred.
- Deep familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act and regulatory agency processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
