Senior FF&E Manager (Hospitality – Owner/Developer Side) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FF&E Manager to join our in-house development team, responsible for the selection, specification, procurement, and lifecycle oversight of furniture, fixtures, and equipment across a portfolio of luxury hotel assets. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of hospitality purchasing experience, including deep expertise in fabric and textile selection, custom furnishings, and luxury hotel brand standards. The ideal candidate will act as the internal authority on FF&E, ensuring all selections align with brand positioning, operational durability, and long-term asset value. Unlike a design firm role, this position emphasizes owner representation, balancing design intent, operational performance, cost efficiency, and consistency across a multi-property portfolio.
