This role is critical to building meaningful, high-impact touchpoints with prospects and customers, turning regional experiences into measurable pipeline and revenue.You'll lead the strategy and execution of roadshows, sponsored events, virtual programs, executive dinners, and hospitality experiences. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and GTM partners, you'll design programs that not only generate early-stage pipeline but also accelerate deals and help close business.This is a highly strategic, cross‑functional role for someone who knows how to balance creativity with performance and who thrives on building programs that deliver real business outcomes.What will I be doing?Own regional event strategy: Plan and execute a portfolio of curated and third‑party events, including roadshows, sponsored programs, virtual events, executive dinners, and hospitality experiencesOwn executive engagement strategy: Develop and execute a portfolio of executive marketing programs focused on engaging senior decision makers at target accountsCreate high‑touch 1:1 and 1:few experiences: Design curated programs that foster relationship‑building, strategic conversations, and deeper customer engagementDrive pipeline generation and acceleration: Build programs that create net‑new opportunities while also influencing and accelerating active dealsPartner closely with Sales: Align with regional sales leaders to identify target accounts, define goals, and ensure strong pre‑ and post‑event follow‑upDesign high‑impact experiences: Develop engaging, tailored event formats that resonate with target audiences and create meaningful connectionsManage third‑party partnerships: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage sponsored event opportunities to maximize ROIDevelop account‑focused programs: Collaborate with GTM teams to support account‑based marketing (ABM) initiatives through curated experiencesOwn performance measurement: Define KPIs, track results, and report on pipeline, influence, and revenue impactBuild scalable processes: Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks for regional event execution and optimizationCollaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with Brand, Growth, Product Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong executionWhat skills do I need?6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation in a B2B SaaS environmentProven track record of driving pipeline generation and influencing revenue through events and field programsExperience executing both curated (owned) and third‑party (sponsored) eventsStrong understanding of how to engage accounts across the funnel, from early‑stage awareness to late‑stage deal accelerationExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales and cross‑functional teamsStrategic mindset with the ability to connect program execution to broader business goalsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneouslyData‑driven approach to measurement, reporting, and optimizationExperience with ABM strategies and targeting is a plusWillingness to travel to support key regional eventsWhat success looks likeRegional event programs consistently generate high‑quality pipeline and influence revenueStrong alignment and trust with Sales and GTM partnersEvents are thoughtfully designed, well‑executed, and highly engaging for target audiencesClear visibility into performance, with measurable impact on pipeline creation and deal accelerationScalable, repeatable frameworks are in place to grow regional programs efficientlyWe are a well‑treated bunch, with awesome benefits! Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). We also provide a full benefits package to all regular employees.Fin has a hybrid working policy. We believe that working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate easier and create a great culture while still providing flexibility to work from home.
