About the Role

Iron First Pipelining, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Field Operations Superintendent to take ownership of commercial pipe rehabilitation projects from turnover through final completion.

This is a hands-on field operations leadership position requiring strong knowledge of commercial drainage systems, pipe rehabilitation, crew management, equipment and materials, scheduling, quality control, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project scopes, drawings, site conditions, schedules, and turnover information.
• Develop execution plans, manpower requirements, production schedules, and project durations.
• Coordinate multiple active projects with the project coordinator and field teams.
• Identify access, shutdown, production, safety, and logistical challenges before and during execution.
• Manage crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and daily field operations.
• Oversee CIPP, pipe rehabilitation, coatings, drainage, and related construction activities.
• Coordinate CCTV inspections, hydro-jetting, descaling, milling, robotic reinstatements, sectional repairs, bypass pumping, excavation, cleanouts, and pipe replacement as applicable.
• Maintain project quality and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Communicate with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams throughout project execution.
• Manage punch lists, documentation, closeout activities, and final project completion.

Preferred Technical Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

• CIPP / fiberglass pipe lining
• Trenchless pipe rehabilitation
• Commercial plumbing and drainage systems
• Sewer and storm drainage rehabilitation
• Industrial pipe coatings
• CCTV inspection and documentation
• Hydro-jetting, descaling, and milling
• Robotic reinstatement and sectional repairs
• Bypass pumping
• Underground infrastructure and construction

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a CIPP Superintendent, Pipe Rehabilitation Superintendent, General Superintendent, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager.

Direct experience with CIPP/trenchless rehabilitation and NASSCO/PACP is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, crew management, project coordination, and client communication skills are essential.

Location & Travel

Candidates should be located in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco County, Florida, or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Tampa Bay area.

Travel is required based on project location.
