Senior Field Project Manager

The Senior Field Project Manager will oversee all field operations for a busy construction company, taking ownership of projects once they are approved by the office and ensuring successful execution through completion. This role requires an experienced leader who can coordinate crews, maintain schedules, and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency across multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator with the ability to manage a large workforce and keep operations running smoothly. This position will oversee approximately 200 field employees and work closely with office staff, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations from project approval through completion

• Manage and coordinate approximately 200 field employees and crew leaders

• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule

• Communicate with office staff, subcontractors, and clients regarding project progress

• Monitor manpower, productivity, and job site performance

• Resolve field issues and maintain high standards of workmanship

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to field teams

• Track project milestones and maintain clear communication across departments

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of senior level construction management experience required

• Proven experience managing large field teams and multiple projects

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

• Yiddish speaking required

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Strong understanding of construction operations and project execution

• Hands on leadership style with exceptional follow through
