Our client, a leading industrial equipment and automation solutions provider, is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of the Air Systems Department, supporting the Field Service and Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and technical expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: New Hudson, MI 
Pay Range: $28 - $32/hr 

What’s the Job?

  • Respond to customer service requests and troubleshoot Air Systems issues in the field, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Provide technical support and maintain deep knowledge of Air Systems products and services
  • Recommend products and value-added solutions to support customer needs and account growth
  • Lead and train Field Service Technicians, sharing best practices and technical expertise
  • Complete accurate service documentation and generate reports for leadership review

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous technical experience working with Air Systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with computers and relevant software systems
  • Valid chauffeur’s license
