The Senior Financial Analyst, Marketing role supports the Residential HVAC business unit and provides strategic and operational finance partnership to the Marketing organization. This position leads forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for our marketing programs and helps translate financial results into insights that inform business decisions. The role reports to the Residential HVAC Strategic Sales & Marketing Finance Manager. The ideal candidate brings analytical excellence, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence business partners through effective collaboration.
What you will do:
- Manage the monthly close cycle, forecasts, and AOP/LRP process for the Marketing functional budget and contra-revenue accounts
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial business partners
- Develop and maintain reporting packages that support decision-making and performance visibility
- Partner with Marketing leaders to evaluate budget effectiveness and improve forecasting accuracy
- Drive financial excellence through strong controllership, process discipline, and continuous improvement
- Support finance transformation through analytics, standardization, and improved reporting capabilities
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support based on evolving business priorities
What you will bring:
- Four-year degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global Corporation required
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency, standardization, and change
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
- High personal integrity and sound business judgment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of key performance drivers across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence business partners
- Experience with Tableau, Oracle, and OneStream is a plus
