    Senior Finance Associate - Fund Accounting

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple-entity investment funds reported on a fair value basis, including financial statements, key metrics, and investor capital activity statements
    • Prepare annual audit related files and work with auditors
    • Prepare information for quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns, forms K-1 / 1099
    • Prepare supplemental reporting as requested by certain external investors
    • Cash management- including day to day activities and monthly reconciliation
    • Assist on capital calls and distributions
    • Partner closely with the Investor Relations team for reporting
    • Fund Accounts Payable
    • Assist with SEC compliance related to ownership filings
    • Perform special projects as requested

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years experience CPA preferred
    • 4+ years of related accounting experience required, preferably in an investment fund setting
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete projects in a dynamic environment
    • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
    • Team-oriented and able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures with appropriate parties
