Reliable Medical is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Finance Director to lead our financial operations and strengthen the systems that support a fast‑paced, scaling organization. This role will shape financial strategy, strengthen performance management, and build the scalable finance infrastructure needed to support Reliable’s continued growth across a complex, multi-state healthcare services environment. The Senior Finance Director provides strategic oversight across core financial functions — accounting, FP&A, budgeting, credit, risk management, tax, treasury, and financial reporting — while translating financial data into actionable insights that guide investment decisions, operational priorities, margin improvement, and long-range growth planning. This role is ideal for a proven finance executive who brings strategic judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to influence decisions in a scaling organization where financial discipline, systems maturity, and cross-functional partnership are critical. What You’ll Lead - Financial strategy — Direct the organization’s financial resources and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Core finance functions — Provide leadership across accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury.
- Budgeting + forecasting — Build budgets, monitor cash flow, manage expenses, and support debt strategy.
- Advanced analytics + modeling — Build financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that clarify trends, risks, opportunities, and the long-range impact of strategic initiatives.
- Controls, compliance + governance — Design and strengthen policies, processes, reporting standards, audit readiness, and control environments appropriate for a scaling healthcare organization.
- Functional leadership — Lead a finance sub‑function and establish strategies, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Infrastructure building — Build the systems and processes that support a scaling, multi‑state organization
What You Bring - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- CPA, and/or CMA credentials strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, managing complex financial operations, and partnering with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience working with private equity-backed organizations is required.
- Healthcare, medical equipment, revenue cycle, reimbursement, multi-site services, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building scalable finance processes, controls, reporting structures, and planning rhythms in a growing organization.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, risk management, internal controls, audit processes, and cash flow management.
- Exceptional financial modeling, data interpretation, KPI development, and scenario planning skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.
- Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and board/executive-level presentation capability, with the judgment to balance strategic priorities and hands-on execution.
- Experience with ERP, financial reporting, business intelligence, automation, or finance transformation initiatives preferred.
Reporting This role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a senior strategic partner in enterprise planning, financial governance, performance management, and executive decision-making.
