The Senior Finance Manager plays a key role in providing information that is critical to the development of the Companys strategy. This individual will develop in-depth knowledge of operations and serve as a business advisor to the CFO and Executive Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis & Performance Reporting:
Manages and leads financial analysis (revenue, cost, profit, cash flow, balance sheet, pricing).
Establishes and performs analysis with respect to revenue cycle.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Prepares and manages annual budgets and regular forecasts of revenue and expenses, capital, and cash flows.
Reviews and explains significant account variances when comparing actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensures that a robust budgeting and forecasting process and cadence are in place across the organization, providing timely and accurate visibility of operations, sales, profit, and cash flow.
Builds and maintains strong, cross-functionality relationships within the Company and its equity partner(s).
Acts as the primary resource for analytical insight for the company providing faster, informative reporting.
Checks work e-mail on a regular basis throughout the workday.
Participate in and complete all required trainings and in-services.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The employee must have reliable transportation. Travel for this position may be required up to 25%. While the primary workplace may be closest to the employees home, work assignments could be in any of the Companys locations.
