Description Amazon's Corporate Development Finance team seeks a Senior Manager to drive strategic partnerships with our Corporate Development, Business Development organizations, and senior leadership. In this high-visibility role, you will evaluate diverse business opportunities spanning M&A, investments, commercial partnerships, and strategic alliances. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts - Conduct in-depth research on industries, potential partners, and competitors - Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management and executive teams - Own financial analyses that guide strategic decision-making - Drive corporate transactions across Amazon as part of an elite team The ideal candidate operates with significant autonomy, demonstrating exceptional judgment in decisions that impact financial, business, operational, and customer outcomes. This role requires an intellectually curious professional who can navigate ambiguous situations and analyze opportunities through multiple perspectives - including those of the end-customer, business owner, and corporate finance professional. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
