Job Details

Corporate FP&A for a manufacturing business — you own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and budget for an entity, site, or division, and translate factory cost performance into decisions leadership can act on.
Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and budget for an entity, site, or division
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts as the core of the role
Analyze manufacturing cost performance — absorption, variances, standard cost, inventory valuation, COGS, and gross margin — and explain the drivers to leadership
Provide P&L, balance sheet, and income statement analysis at the entity level
Partner with operations and site leadership to connect factory performance to financial results

Looking for:
FP&A / corporate finance with demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and AOP for an entity, site, or division — not a supporting role on someone else's number
Manufacturing cost fluency: absorption, variances, capitalization, inventory valuation, standard cost, COGS, and gross margin
Manager or Senior Manager caliber scope — ownership breadth matters more than title band
Manufacturing industry background (any sector — A&D, industrial, medical device, automotive, contract manufacturing)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field [to confirm]
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
Aerospace and defense manufacturing
Standard-cost / absorption environments
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
