The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analysis Integrator (Level 4) based out of Seattle, Washington to provide financial analysis, integration, and reporting for the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Maintenance Services portfolio. This role involves collaboration with program executives and the leadership team across BGS Commercial's global maintenance portfolio of products and services. It encompasses P&L management, cash flow and working capital oversight, investor relations and executive reporting, monthly forecasting, and long-range business planning.

A Glimpse into the Organization

Maintenance Services is a portfolio of businesses primarily comprised of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul services through our dedicated maintenance facilities, Customer Support, Airplane On-Ground teams and integrating several joint ventures with related services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key finance focal point within BGS-Commercial Maintenance Services for integrating complex program financials and conducting ad hoc analysis

  • Lead the development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP), monthly forecasts, and variance analysis, requiring collaboration across the diverse programs within the business

  • Maintain visibility with the executive leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor and utilizing critical thinking to offer financial performance projections and actionable recommendations

  • Build partnerships with program leadership, peers, and functional leaders to ensure alignment with financial objectives

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices to enhance quality, efficiency, and forecast accuracy

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

  • Experience leading the integration and analysis of resource forecasting and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, financial statements forecasts and/or financial EACs for contracts

  • Work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

  • Experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in EPAS, EFBI/Cognos, EAS query, PowerPoint, CaRMS, and Access a plus

  • Experience working within an operations facing finance team, acting as a business partner to key operational managers

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $165,600
