Senior Financial Analyst (Contract-to-Hire, Onsite)

Location: Louisville, KY 40222 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $40.45/hr (W2)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Anticipated Start: June 1, 2026

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and delivering insights to support business decisions. This role evaluates financial performance, forecasts future trends, and supports budgeting and investment planning. This position will take a lead role in preparing investment requests, tracking projects, and reporting on value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to create investment requests, including ROI analysis
• Track and report investment value realization; provide frequent updates for leadership
• Provide financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and budget development
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy
• Summarize trends and actual-to-budget variances
• Prepare monthly forecasts
• Develop and/or modify financial models
• Collaborate across departments and with field staff to provide high-level analysis
• Assist with detailed annual budgeting
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and special projects
• Train operational personnel on aspects of systems, accounting, and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Oracle/Essbase experience a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Travel up to 25%
