We are supporting our client on a search for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be a true business partner across the company. This is a high-leverage seat with exposure to senior leadership, real ownership over forecasting and analysis, and a clear path to FP&A Manager or Senior Manager.

You will work hybrid out of a beautiful Boston office three days per week. We are open to top FP&A analysts, former bankers and consultants, and corporate finance professionals from high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for assigned business units
  • Build and maintain detailed operating models in Excel and a BI tool
  • Run variance analyses and surface drivers in clear written narratives
  • Partner with department heads on budgets, headcount, and ROI analyses
  • Help prepare board materials and investor reporting
  • Drive process improvements across the finance function
  • Support month-end close with accounting flux reviews
  • Build dashboards and KPIs that scale

Requirements

  • 3 plus years of FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or strategic finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Comfort with SQL or a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
  • Clear written communication and ability to tell a story with data
  • Hybrid presence in the Boston office three days per week
  • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or related
