Looking for an FP&A role where you'll have real visibility and influence?
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in a highly visible role supporting executive leadership. Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you'll work across multiple business units, providing financial insights that help shape strategic decisions.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, building financial models, and partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze revenue trends, financial performance, and key business metrics across multiple operating locations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Partner with accounting and operational teams to analyze revenue, profitability, and performance drivers
- Support month-end close by assisting with revenue analytics, accrual analysis, and financial reporting
- Perform scenario modeling and profitability analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Help improve financial reporting processes, standardize analytics, and identify opportunities for automation
- Collaborate with finance leadership on special projects, business initiatives, and operational improvements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with revenue recognition and reimbursement analytics is a plus
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity organizations is preferred
- CPA or MBA is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
