    Description

    Location: Carson, CA (on-site)

    Compensation: $105,000-$110,000/year

    Join a respected aerospace and defense manufacturer as a Senior Financial Analyst, bringing financial clarity and insight to programs that demand precision, quality, and on-time delivery.

    What You'll Own

    - Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

    - Analyze revenue, costs, and margins, delivering clear variance analysis and insights to leadership

    - Partner with program and operations teams to track financial performance and cost drivers

    - Build and maintain financial models that support key business decisions

    - Monitor financial metrics and KPIs, flagging risks and opportunities early

    What You'll Bring

    - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

    - About 3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience, manufacturing background preferred

    - Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills

    - Comfort translating financial insights for non-financial stakeholders

    - Strong Excel skills, ERP experience a plus

    Nice to Have

    - Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI

    - Background in cost tracking and profitability analysis in a program-driven environment
