What You Can Expect

You will drive financial planning and analysis for Zoom's Technology organization, focusing on headcount, infrastructure, and software investments. Partnering with engineering and product leaders, you will shape budget decisions and forecast accuracy. Your insights will optimize costs and enable strategic technology investments that power Zoom's global platform.

About the Team

Our FP&A team delivers financial insights that guide Zoom's strategic decisions across all business units. We work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Our team exists to ensure financial accountability and enable informed decision-making at every level.

Responsibilities


+ Building trusted partnerships with Technology leaders by understanding business drivers and translating them into financial models and forecasts


+ Leading annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams


+ Developing operational metrics and financial reporting that identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements


+ Driving continuous improvement in finance processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and speed across planning cycles


+ Preparing executive-level content for Board presentations, quarterly business reviews, and leadership meetings


What We're Looking For


+ Demonstrate 5+ years of experience as a finance business partner supporting technology or product organizations


+ Apply financial analysis and modeling skills to solve complex, open-ended business problems


+ Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and across functions


+ Communicate financial insights clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences


+ Thrive in ever-changing, rapidly changing environments with shifting priorities


+ Hold a degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; MBA nice to have


+ Bring experience in Enterprise Software, IaaS, or SaaS business models; familiarity with Anaplan nice to have








Salary Range or On Target Earnings:




Minimum:

$76,800.00



Maximum:

$186,200.00



In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.




Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.




We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
