Are you a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys partnering with Sales and business leaders, analyzing pricing and profitability, and turning financial data into meaningful insights?

We're partnering with a well-established Twin Cities company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Pricing & Commercial Finance to join its FP&A team. This role will work closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to support pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, customer profitability, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on pricing, revenue, volume, mix, and profitability
Perform price-volume-mix (PVM) and customer profitability analysis
Develop business cases for pricing, new customers, renewals, and strategic initiatives
Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Sigma, or similar tools
Develop financial models and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and processes

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, or related experience
Strong understanding of pricing, revenue drivers, profitability, and financial performance
Experience partnering with Sales, Commercial, or business leaders
Experience with pricing, PVM, customer profitability, or commercial forecasting
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Power BI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar BI experience
Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
SQL, Databricks, CRM, or value-based pricing experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$95,000–$115,000 base salary
15% target bonus opportunity
