Senior Financial Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with the CFO and operational leaders to improve profitability, optimize production performance, and support strategic growth initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead product costing activities and ensure accurate cost and profitability analysis across the business.
- Analyze production, inventory, capacity utilization, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models, ROI analyses, forecasts, and business scenarios to support strategic decisions.
- Create and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools to improve business insight.
- Partner with operations, production, and leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and inventory valuation initiatives.
- Help strengthen financial processes and lead finance workstreams during ERP implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with standard costing and activity-based costing methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Power BI experience preferred.
- ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.
