Job Details

The Senior FP&A Analyst collaborates with the Accounting Team to deliver financial reporting, and drive strategic planning through financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Deliver precise financial reporting each month, influencing decisions at all levels.
Collaborate with the Director of FP&A to craft compelling board-facing materials quarterly.
Showcase monthly operational results to the leadership team, adding strategic insights.
Drive financial modeling in support of strategic planning.
Partner with the accounting team to analyze operating results, ensuring financial reporting accuracy.
Constantly enhance KPI and financial reporting processes for efficiency and relevance.
Provide analytical support for ongoing mergers & acquisitions activities.
Be a driving force in implementing business-enhancing automation and digitalization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
2-3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role
Proficiency in Excel with deep financial modeling expertise.
Proven ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and motivate teams under tight timeframes.
Experience driving continuous process-improvement, automating routine functions for efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for effective group participation and facilitation.
Solution-oriented with the ability to achieve results within tight deadlines.
Strong mathematical aptitude for interpreting complex financial data and operational metrics.
