Scope of Position
This analytical and data-driven individual, as part of the Americas Finance Team, will support Platform FP&A processes and business partner teams by leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and process improvements to enhance financial planning, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. This role is responsible for unlocking value through advanced analytics and process improvements and plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making at various levels within the organization. Working within a fast-paced business partnership environment, this position relies on data integrity, systematic efficiencies, and emerging technologies to deliver meaningful financial insights.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Finance. This role is hybrid and based in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Leverage data science, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies to improve process efficiency and deliver advanced analytics solutions to Finance and business partner teams.
Enhance the utilization of technologies and systems across the Americas Finance Team by redesigning finance processes and database structures.
Increase Finance and Accounting productivity by streamlining data gathering practices and improving connectivity across Finance functions.
Develop enhanced reporting, presentation, and visualization methods to provide advanced insights to senior leadership.
Influence senior leadership through executive presentations, storytelling, and data-driven recommendations.
Pioneer new analytical methodologies across the Americas region and lead the rollout of process and system improvements with key stakeholders.
Analyze large and complex datasets using analytical and statistical approaches to solve business challenges.
Support annual planning processes, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables for corporate and regional finance teams.
Maintain financial models, planning templates, and forecasting tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality analyses.
Provide reporting and analysis of actual, budgeted, forecasted, and strategic planning results to support business decision-making.
Support monthly financial close activities, including pre-close activities, task monitoring, and communication regarding system availability.
Support the continued development of corporate Hyperion reporting capabilities to meet evolving Finance reporting needs.
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Finance or Company management.

Travel Requirements: 5–10%, including occasional travel to Watts locations for meetings, training, and business support activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of five years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, financial planning and analysis, or a related analytical role.
Experience utilizing programming languages and database technologies such as Python, SQL, C++, or R.
Experience with data science applications, artificial intelligence tools, large language models, or robotic process automation solutions.
Experience with financial planning and reporting applications such as Hyperion/HFM, Power BI, and Anaplan.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex financial information to multiple levels of management.
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, policies, regulations, and safety practices.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, MS, or other advanced degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting FP&A processes within a manufacturing organization.
Experience with SAP.
Experience leading finance transformation initiatives and implementing process automation solutions.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $116,000 - $128,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
