Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Salary: $85,000-$120,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities

  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership

  • Support close processes and ensure financial accuracy

  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, reporting, and analytical processes


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 2+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

  • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills

  • Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations

  • Experience supporting leadership teams in a complex organization preferred
