Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Farmington, CT
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the finance organization by providing accurate financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business insights. This role partners closely with sales and management to support decision‑making, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Partner with sales, operations, and other departments to analyze cost drivers and profitability.
- Develop price, volume and mix analysis to help support commercial margin execution
- Utilize ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools to extract, analyze, and present financial data.
