As the
sole Senior Financial Analyst , youll work directly with FP&A leadership and senior executives to
build models, improve visibility into performance, and shape how finance supports decision-making across the business .

Translate operational data into financial insights
Data, Systems & Automation Extract and structure data from SAP and operational systems Leverage SQL and BI tools to improve reporting efficiency
Automate recurring processes and reduce manual work
Business Performance & Analytics Perform variance analysis tied to business drivers
Identify trends and deliver actionable insights Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with operations to align forecasts with business activity
Collaborate with Accounting to improve data structure and reporting
Support executive reporting and ad hoc analysis
What You Bring Required Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of FP&A, finance, or analytics experience
Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise
Experience with ERP data and structured data sets (SAP strongly preferred)
SQL proficiency or strong experience working with structured data
Advanced Excel
Preferred Experience with Power BI or Tableau Manufacturing or operational finance background
Experience working across multi-entity environments Exposure to automation or AI-driven process improvements
