The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Shared Services groups for the enterprise, which encompasses the Technology, Call Center, Product & AI, Finance, and HR teams, among others.
This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, modeling, and analyzing complex data sets. The Senior Financial Analyst is also responsible for assisting with the analysis of operating and capital expenses and helping monitor cost control initiatives and departmental objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Support the expense budget and forecast process for assigned departments by working with various teams to distribute, prepare, and consolidate budgets, forecasts, and related reports.
- Monitor financial performance for multiple departments.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including analysis and explanations of budget versus actual results.
- Assist with the forecasting process by gathering data from department heads and analyzing historical and current trends to project future expenses.
- Input updated forecasts into financial systems and analyze variances from budget and previous forecasts.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the CFO, CAO, VP of Finance, or department leadership.
- Promote and maintain a proactive expense control mindset.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Assist Corporate and Brand Controllers, as well as the VP of Finance, with the monthly close process.
- Work on complex financial issues where analysis requires an in-depth understanding of company operations and financial concepts.
