What You'll Do
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Develop financial models and perform business and variance analysis
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support
- Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance
- Help drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience
- Current Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills
- Experience partnering with operational or commercial business leaders
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000–$115,000 base salary
- 8% target bonus
