Key Responsibilities

• 
  

• Own and maintain the financial model tracking capital expenditures for a major multi-state manufacturing construction project.

  
  
• 
  

• Manage project financing and draw processes while monitoring budgets, commitments, and cost variances.

  
  
• 
  

• Partner with engineering, construction, and accounting teams to translate project milestones into financial reporting and compliance requirements.

  
  
• 
  

• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting related to project performance and capital investments.

  
  
• 
  

• Utilize NetSuite, Excel, and AI tools to improve financial analysis and reporting processes.

  
  
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  

• 4+ years of FP&A experience with hands-on experience maintaining capital expenditure (CapEx) financial models.

  
  
• 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  
  
• 
  

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with NetSuite is preferred.
