Why this job –SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
In this newly created role, you will work directly with the ownership team, VP of Finance and President to provide mission critical support to enable the company’s growth. With minimal supervision, this position will identify, develop, and present analyses for the existing business, while also helping to analyze acquisition targets and potential new business lines.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Independently identify analyses required to measure and improve the business
• Develop complex and novel Excel spreadsheets that analyze financial and operational issues
• Identify and clearly communicate implications of analyses
• Work collaboratively with senior executives and owners to modify and expand analyses
• Prepare clean, well-formatted PowerPoint presentations demonstrating results of analyses
• Proactively engage with employees across the company to develop an on-the-ground understanding of the business activities that inform the business results
• Interpret financial data to identify trends and assist management with strategic decisions
• Analyze acquisition targets as well as potential new business lines

 
 The Ideal Candidate 

• BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA, MBA or advanced designation a plus
• 2-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, or relevant financial analyst experience with outstanding references
• Genuine desire to live & work in Kalispell/Whitefish, MT
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to define and manage work independently
• Top-tier Excel modeling ability, including both financial models and novel quantitative analyses

 
Where and How Much

• Salary based on experience, 90-120k + full benefits
• Kalispell, MT (near Whitefish & Glacier National Park) – in-office. Relocation is available!
