Senior Financial Analyst

Kforces client, a growing manufacturing company in the Grand Rapids area, is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making. This is a newly created individual contributor role reporting to senior finance leadership and partnering closely with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Overview This position will play a key role in strengthening financial planning and analytics with an emphasis on SKU-level performance, manufacturing economics, and forward-looking insights. The role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who enjoys building analysis, improving visibility, and influencing decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and monthly outlook processes.
• Build financial models by SKU, product line, customer, and channel.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, including yields, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, and conversion costs.
• Support pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to enhance KPI visibility.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Commercial teams.
• Support capital analysis, scenario modeling, and executive reporting.
