Senior Financial Analyst

Currently we are searching for a Financial Analyst Consultant to fulfill an immediate contract to hire need with an exceptional company based out of Wilson County, TN—operating on a hybrid schedule.




This individual will be responsible for:

• Develop financial analyses, reporting, and models to support business and operational decision-making.
• Analyze income statement results, operating expenses, and key financial drivers.
• Monitor and analyze expenses across food, labor, supplies, maintenance, and other operating categories.
• Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate trends, performance, and business opportunities.
• Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to understand financial results and identify areas for improvement.
• Research and explain budget-to-actual variances and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Assist with forecasting and planning updates throughout the year.
• Take on ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and large data sets
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
