Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst Role:



  • Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations between multiple systems

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Develop annual budgets and support monthly forecasting activities

  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, providing actionable business insights

  • Analyze customer profitability and other performance metrics to support strategic decision-making

  • Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for a business unit

  • Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and recommend improvements



Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst Role:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience

  • Strong accounting foundation with experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
