Our client is seeking Senior Financial Analyst to join their division finance team. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with plant operations and business leaders to provide financial analysis, operational insights, and decision support that drive profitability and continuous improvement. This position offers broad exposure to manufacturing operations, cost accounting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning while serving as a trusted finance business partner.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
Strong experience supporting monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
Solid understanding of:
Manufacturing cost accounting
Inventory valuation and product costing
Fixed asset accounting
Financial statement analysis
U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and ERP/financial reporting systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present financial information to operational leaders.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
