A growing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support business planning, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets
- Develop reporting tools and performance dashboards
- Analyze trends and identify business opportunities
- Support leadership with strategic recommendations
- Assist with long-range planning initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders to improve performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- ERP experience preferred
