Senior Financial Analyst


Salary: $85,000-100,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:


• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance modeling.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Process accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related banking transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
• Partner with site leadership on annual planning, monthly forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Support audits, inventory counts, lease accounting compliance, and internal control processes.

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
• 2-3+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required; aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, including lease accounting and revenue recognition.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Visual ERP preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
