The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem -solver with exceptional analytical and project management abilities, capable of thriving in a dynamic, deadline -driven manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:<\/b> <\/span>Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet variance explanations, for division and corporate review.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Cost Accounting & Controls:<\/b> <\/span>Oversee cost accounting functions, including standard rate calculations, overhead allocation, inventory forecasting, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. Evaluate and improve existing accounting systems and procedures.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Operational Metrics & Improvements:<\/b> <\/span>Streamline the reporting of daily/weekly operational and financial metrics, supporting management teams with data extraction, report writing, and continuous process improvements.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strategic Support:<\/b> <\/span>Coordinate month -end close activities, manage multiple concurrent projects, and provide ad -hoc reporting and analysis as needed for strategic decision -making.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.<\/span>
    <\/div>
    CPA/MBA preferred<\/span>
    <\/div>
    5 -7 years of Accounting/Finance experience<\/span>
    <\/div>
    FP&A, cost accounting, and inventory analysis within a manufacturing environment.<\/span>
