Essential Functions | ||
• | Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances and make recommendations to improve company’s fiscal efficiency based on interpretation of financial information. | |
• | Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management. | |
• | Compare departmental expenses to budget and provides advice and analysis at the department level to increase the efficiency of the company’s spending. | |
• | Assist with projecting future financial needs and collaborates with management to prepare long-term financial plans and other budget and financial reports. | |
• | Utilizes systems and tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. | |
• | Assists in the creation and further development of a budget preparation manual, budget policies and procedures manual, and other documents as needed. | |
• | Performs other related duties as assigned. | |

• | Act as a Supervisor for Accounting employees when and where requested. | |
• | Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. | |
• | Regular and predictable attendance is required. | |
