Kforce's client, a growing global organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analyst to partner with leaders across operations, sales, and corporate functions. This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to drive strategic decision-making, profitability improvements, process enhancements, and long-term growth initiatives. This position will be full-time, great company culture, and great salary and benefits. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and value creation
  • Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow results; present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, financial dashboards, and management reporting
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and margin improvement
  • Perform customer, product, and profitability analyses to support growth strategies
  • Build financial models and ROI analyses for capital investments and strategic initiatives
  • Support M&A activities, including valuation, due diligence, and integration efforts
  • Drive finance process improvements, automation, and data analytics initiatives
  • Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, financial statement reviews, and variance analysis
  • Participate in system enhancement projects, including ERP implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 3-5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience
  • Proven ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
