Target Compensation for the Senior Financial Analyst:
$85,000 - $110,000
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Evaluate business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and decision support
• Drive reporting enhancements and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems or ERP platforms
