Summary of Job Description:

As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst (SCM & Consolidation) serves as a Finance partner to the Supply Chain Management organization. This position conducts complex financial models to project Cost of Goods Sold financial plans (e.g., forecast and AOP), performs variance analysis vs. plan and forecast, and prepares the presentation on periodic forecasts and quarterly financials shared with the leadership team. The Senior Financial Analyst also supports the consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting cycles, and management reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Under the general direction of the Manager, Finance, prepares the presentation on periodic forecasts and quarterly financials shared with the leadership team
  • Oversees the maintenance and enhancement of the Rolling Forecast model, delivering a robust two-year financial outlook that supports strategic planning and informs leadership decision making.
  • Partners with Supply Chain Management to develop and refine Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) financial plans, including monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan, by building, enhancing, and maintaining complex financial models and delivering insightful variance analysis against plan and forecast.
  • Contributes to the Limited Time Offer (LTO) committee by tracking financial performance, developing forward-looking projections, and delivering insights on actuals vs forecast to inform decision-making and promotional strategy.
  • Responsible for the planning, monitoring, and delivery of variance analysis for key Fixed Costs, including Rent, License Fees, and Taxes, to support cost management
  • Conducts ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests.

Your background and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
  • Minimum five years of finance and financial experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality industry
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
